Microsoft
provides answers that help entrepreneurs build winning teams and create
successful workplaces. To help us provide the best way to empower employees, as
well as take a look at LinkedIn's unique strengths in the talent acquisition
market, we plan to transform our approach to HR technology and partnership
investments for Dynamics 365 across four key areas:
Transforming
employee experiences: For modern-day employees, mobile phones, facts mixed
with their own personal experiences that allow access to information, learning
and working without the need for human help.
Optimizing
HR programs: Promote the work of people with positive benefits, pay,
vacation and non-retirement, certification and training, acceptance and payment
programs.
Improving
organizational agility: Helping people move forward as a result of change
by using HR’s intuitive, secure, and scalable solutions to streamline, expand
and integrate existing systems.
Enabling
workforce insights: Retrieving HR data to get insights and insights from
Microsoft business intelligence and AI technologies.
In this context, as of February 1, 2020, our
current human resources staff will be renamed Dynamics 365 Human Resources. The
new name underscores our commitment to helping employees with a data-driven
experience of helping employees. In October, we announced our investment in the
capabilities of various Four Vision and Elevate HR solutions to improve the
performance of the HR program in leisure and absence, time and arrival, and
control management. These new features will begin rolling out across 365
population settings by 2020.
Dynamics
365 Human Resources will provide the information needed to build the work
experience of employees working with paid data, benefits, vacation and
non-payment, acceptance, investment, performance compensation, training and
certification, as well as personal work schedules. Dynamics 365 Human Resources
will connect people with data operations to ensure companies can increase staff
costs and take care of employees effectively.
As
we focus on the human resources strengths of Dynamics 365, we will move on to
direct access rights development efforts and our Dynamics 365 Talent Attraction
and Dynamics 365 Talent Onboard applications will be retired. To ensure
customers have time to get organized, the Drag-aboard service will continue to
be available until February 1, 2022. You can learn more about this in our
community.
We
will work to transform Transformers and customers into the solutions of their
choice, including the new LinkedIn Talent Hub (ATS) analytics system that lets
you direct, manage and pay for everything in one place. LinkedIn Talent
provides comprehensive information on any level of financial process, from
pipeline, interview or long-term donation feedback. Use the practices, skills
and experience of more than half a billion LinkedIn members to submit
information about prospective pools and potential candidates. LinkedIn also has
the option of Recruiter System Connect (RSC) which connects LinkedIn Recruiter
with some of the major ATS providers to allow you to better access and view
your current LinkedIn profile within your ATS.
With
LinkedIn solutions to attract, hire and develop talent, as well as Dynamics 365
human resources to enhance HR programming and improve understanding among
employees, Microsoft can continue to help business leaders change their
practice HR builds and builds a win. Where people can thrive.
Creating
value for each aspect of a charity event is a great opportunity, and we look
forward to sharing what we want to work with in LinkedIn in the future to
create and provide an easy way to change people’s behavior.
