Shawn’s Story is a collection of separate stories story about an unsheltered homeless boy, Shawn. He lives with his mother in a van since his father passed away. He loves to read and likes playing board games. Together, the mother and child live looking at the brighter side of life, but their life is filled with sadness. The stories about different aspects of Shawn’s life connect with the sad realities of our lives. Some of the stories are written from the perspective of the unnamed “friend”, who could be any one of you.
